Dear friends and supporters of Dennis and Kyle Leon,
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ. Our prayer is that you are abiding in His grace and power and that the sweet presence of the Holy Spirit is a source of joy for you, your family and your ministry.
We want to express our gratitude for the ways that you support Kyle and Dennis Leon’s ministry in Costa Rica and beyond. We see God’s hand upon their family and the way that He uses them for His Kingdom purposes. Dennis and Kyle are reaching people who are far from the Lord, living lives of emptiness and brokenness. Many of those people are now flourishing because they have met Jesus and they are learning how to be disciples of Jesus, thanks to the patient leadership and persistent accompaniment of Dennis, Kyle and the team they have developed. They are truly disciples who make disciples among the surfing community that has all-to-often been neglected by the church. Dennis and Kyle are fruit-bearing Christian witnesses and we believe in their ministry.
Unfortunately, their financial support has not kept pace with their ministry, and they are now facing a growing deficit. This financial concern causes stress and requires them to take time away from their ministry to focus on partnership building.
Today we write to invite you to join us in showing appreciation for their ministry. There are three ways to do this,
- Make a special one-time donation to their ministry this month. Every gi: you give will be matched, up up-to $10,000. This will erase the deficit and encourage these fruitful leaders. When sending in your donation, be sure to indicate that it is for the Leon Matching Campaign.
- Consider making a new ongoing commitment to support their ministry or increase what you are already giving. This will relieve a lot of stress on the Leon family and free them for more productive ministry.
- Share this opportunity with other people, churches or organizations who might also like to partner with the León family.
Again, thank you for being partners in the mission that God has given us to partner with Him in the restoration of this beautiful continent. Your prayers and financial generosity make it possible for all of us to continue serving God according to His call.
